Drunk Onion's estimated delivery time is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. It is basically the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.

The formula is simple:
Estimated fulfillment + Estimated shipping = Estimated delivery time

Our fulfillment time average is 1-3 business days. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity. The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. In very rare cases, you could receive the order with delays because of these possible reasions:

• Products being temporarily out of stock
• Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

However, we will work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you are ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order yet and it’s past its delivery estimate, please allow for a few more days. You can always reach out to us to find out more at info@drunkonion.com

If your package does get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% accurate, we've got your back! We will ship out a new order for you with a new tracking number, at no cost to you.

If you placed your order recently (in the last 60 minutes or so) please reach out to us on info@drunkonion.com including your order number. In most cases we can cancel it or make changes. However if the order is already in production, we will not be able to interrupt/cancel it, since it's already in fulfillment phase.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 calendar days. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. For more information read our Shipping Policy.

Drunk Onion ships globally, with just a few exceptions. For international orders, shipping times might vary on geographic location, some orders take 5-10 business days, for some further countries it can take up to 15 business days.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@drunkonion.com with your order number.

We use genuine Brother GT-3 apparel printers, that are water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.
